This Committee was created by Edict 3.15 for the purpose of strengthening the Craft through education, mentorship, and fellowship  by use of The Alabama Masonic Growth and Engagement Program.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Committee on Shepherding is to support the long-term vitality of the Lodges by promoting informed membership growth, masonic engagement, and sustained participation through education, mentorship, and fellowship.

Although we work to reinstate brothers who have gone SNP and try to keep building our membership by bringing new brothers to light. This program work to take care of the complete Masonry expereince by work to help Brothers and Lodges the remember the whole meeaning of being a Mason. Service, Ritual Work, and living our Obligations. To take care of our Brothers, Widows and our Community.
